Using Milk for the Face, Skin and Hair

Drinking milk is good for the health because milk contains important nutrients which are beneficial. However, apart from its health benefits, milk also serves as a beauty ingredient as well. It hydrates and replenishes the skin making it glowing and radiant.

Milk is an effective and excellent facial cleanser.

Milk gives softer skin when applied on the body.

Milk also helps give a flawless complexion
Milk can help treat sunburn or pigmentation. Since milk is rich in lactic acid, it can help lighten the skin. Also, it does help in clearing dead cells present on the surface of the skin.
Milk can be used as a natural skin exfoliant. This is because it contains beta hydroxy acid and is a natural way to get rid of dry and dead skin, giving you soft skin in the process.

It helps to shrink pores

Milk can also be used to heal nasty wounds, lighten red spots as well as reduce allergic reactions.
Hair
Using milk for hair, ensures softer, shiny hair.
Milk repairs damaged hair, hair loss, dry hair.
Milk contains protein and nutrients that have the ability to strengthen and nourish hair cells and make the scalp healthy
